When will my order ship?

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days. This allows time for me to package and prepare your order for shipping. Processing time does not include the shipping speed of your order. Please account for both processing and shipping time to accurately estimate when your order will arrive.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The following shipping speeds are only estimates and are not guarantees. Once your order is shipped, I cannot control any delays by the shipping services. There is also a higher possibility of delays due to Covid-19 policies, and during the holiday seasons. Domestic: First Class Mail (USA): 3-5 Business Days Priority Mail (USA): 1-3 Business Days International (Select Countries): First Class International: 1-4 Weeks Priority Mail International: 6-10 Business Days Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 Business Days These shipping speeds do not include the 1-3 business day processing time before your order is shipped. Please account for both processing and shipping time to accurately estimate when your order will arrive. International customers: Be active in tracking your package. Your order may be held in customs in some countries. Please double check with your postal services to make sure they have all of your updated information (current address/phone number/email). They may reach out to you in order to collect your package. USPS International will be used as the default shipping option. If another shipping service has better delivery speeds or price, that service will be used instead of USPS International to benefit the customer. If this occurs, the customer will be notified via email and a shipping refund will be issued if applicable.
How are the products shipped?

All prints, Art books and stickers are shipped in bubble mailers that are labeled on the front and back with 'FRAGILE/ do not bend' stickers. Prints are sealed in a protective plastic sleeve and sandwiched between two layers of double corrugated cardboard for safeguarding. All poster sized prints (16x20") are shipped in a sturdy cardboard mailing tube.
Can I change my shipping address on my order?

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped, please contact me ASAP with your name and order number. If it has been more than 3 hours since your order was placed, it will not be eligible for cancellation. samanthadoodles.store@gmail.com
Can I make changes to an existing order?

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

Please check the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. (If you didn't receive a confirmation email, please double-check your spam folder). If it has been more than 7 business days since your tracking information last updated, please contact me and I will do my best to help! samanthadoodles.store@gmail.com
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

I will always replace an order that is damaged in transit. Please contact me ASAP with your name, order number, and photos of the damage in order to receive a replacement. samanthadoodles.store@gmail.com
Do you accept returns/exchanges?

All products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. However, if you experience any issues with your order such as damage in transit, we are happy to send a replacement.
Do you offer digital files of your work?

No, in order to protect my artwork from being stolen, and for quality control, I do not offer digital downloads.
Do you sell your artwork on other websites?

Yes, I also have an Etsy store. If you order from a website that is not my Etsy store or this website, you will receive a blurry, poor quality image. If you see my artwork being sold on any other website, it is being sold illegally without my permission. This is the only website to purchase my most current artwork.
