SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time:
 

Unless otherwise specified, all items have a processing time of 1-3 business days. This does not include the shipping speed of your order.

The following shipping speeds are only estimates and are not guarantees. Once your order is shipped, I cannot control and delays by USPS. There is also a higher possibility of delays due to Covid-19, and during holiday season.

First Class Mail (USA): 3-7 Business Days
Priority Mail (USA): 1-3 Business Days

These shipping speeds do not include the 1-3 business day processing time before your order is shipped. Please account for both processing and shipping time to accurately expect when your order will arrive.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

All products are final sale and not eligible for return. However, if you experience any issues with your order such as it being damaged in transit or getting lost in the mail, I am happy to send you a free replacement.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me with your name and order number immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please also include photos of the damage/defects/etc. 

Cancellations:

You have 3 hours after your order has been submitted to request a cancellation. If it has been more than 3 hours since your order was placed, it will not be eligible for cancellation.
