SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:
 

Unless otherwise specified, all items have a processing time of 1-3 business days. Processing time does not include the shipping speed of your order. Please account for both processing and shipping time to accurately estimate when your order will arrive.

 

Shipping Time:
 

The following shipping speeds are only estimates and are not guarantees. Once your order is shipped, I cannot control any delays by the shipping service. There is also a higher possibility of delays due to Covid-19 policies, and during holiday seasons.

DOMESTIC:

  • 3-5 Business DaysFirst Class Mail (USA):

  • Priority Mail (USA): 1-3 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL (SELECT COUNTRIES):

 

  • USPS First Class International: 1-4 Weeks

  • USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 Business Days

  • USPS Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 Business Days

USPS International will be used as the default shipping option. If another shipping service has better delivery speeds or price, that service will be used instead of USPS International to benefit the customer. If this occurs, the customer will be notified via email and a shipping refund will be issued if applicable.

International Customers:

 

Be active in tracking your package. Be aware, your tracking updates may be erratic with long delay gaps in between updates. Your order may be held in customs for up to a week in some countries.

 

Please double check with your postal services to make sure they have all of your updated info (current address/phone number or email). They may reach out to you to collect your package.

 

All International orders are insured. Claims can be made after 40 business days. Please give your order this time to arrive. If you have not received your order within the estimated time frame, please contact me and I will do everything I can to help.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

All products are final sale and not eligible for return. However, if you experience any issues with your order such as it being damaged in transit or getting lost in the mail, I am happy to send you a free replacement.

Damages or Other Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me with your name and order number immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please also include photos of the damage/defects/etc. 

Cancellations:

You have 3 hours after your order has been submitted to request a cancellation. If it has been more than 3 hours since your order was placed, it will not be eligible for cancellation.
